Riot Games gab den Veranstaltungsort der League of Legends World Championship 2024 bekannt. Im Herbst 2024 richtet die O2 Arena in London den Höhepunkt des weltweit größten E-Sport-Ereignisses aus.

We were blown away by the passion and energy from fans in London throughout the 2023 Mid-Season Invitational, and we’re eager to welcome them to the O2 where our finalists will take the same stage as the many icons who preceded them.”
Das MSI 2023 fand in der Copper Box Arena in London im Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park statt. Die Veranstaltung verzeichnete 58% mehr Zuschauer*innen als das MSI 2022. Das letzte Mal, dass das Vereinigte Königreich einen Worlds-Stopp ausrichtete, war im Viertelfinale 2015 in der SSE Arena in Wembley (heute bekannt als OVO Arena Wembley).
Das O2 ist die Veranstaltungsstätte mit der zweithöchsten Sitzplatzkapazität im Vereinigten Königreich und ist bekannt als Veranstaltungsort zahlreicher Konzerte legendärer Künstler*innen und Bands wie Adele, Beyoncé und U2 sowie bedeutenden Sportveranstaltungen wie NBA-Spielen und den Finalen der ATP-Tennissaison. Die kolossale Kuppelstruktur hat einen Durchmesser von 365 Metern und zählt zu der größten ihrer Art weltweit. Das O2 ist ein unverkennbarer Bestandteil der besonderen Skyline Londons.

Der Zeitraum für den Ticketverkauf für das Weltfinale am 2. November 2024 wird zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bekannt gegeben.
